Account Manager APAC

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success teams either in Payments
  • Financial Institutions or Ecommerce businesses
  • Attention to detail and strong planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage complex projects to achieve the best results
  • Passionate to push boundaries and create value in the payments space
  • You enjoy working in uncertain situations and you can deal with ambiguity
  • Great communication skills to build relations at all levels
  • You can work seamlessly with a global, multicultural teams
  • Proficient in English. Any local Asian languages are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with local and international merchants, across multiple business verticals and multiple channels
  • Be fully responsible end-to-end for the success and satisfaction of ‘your’ merchants
  • Build relationships with key people in the business accounts you handle and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience
  • Analyse, assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. You will deliver expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and execute their payments strategy
  • Coordinate any internal project regarding your merchants
  • Work with the Commercial, Compliance, and Support teams in APAC and globally
  • Contribute to the achievement of financial indicators and actively growing the business by upselling
  • Diligent and meticulous as there will be reports , processes and trouble-shooting for merchants
