The annual World Travel Market (WTM) London has yet again lived up to its slogan: ideas arrive here. Exhibiting for the first time, ECOMMPAY enjoyed so many promising conversations that we’re sure to keep busy for the next few months, if not longer. Exhibitors revealed new products, visitors were keen to share new ideas, and representatives from across the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors engaged service providers in fruitful dialogue regarding their pain points and possible solutions.
Our Travel Lead, George Maroufidis, revealed that the most commonly asked questions were around payments technology, how it can be integrated into existing travel technologies, and how synergy between the two can lead to increased turnover and conversion rates.
Organised by Reed Exhibitions, WTM London has managed to grow exponentially over the past four decades, welcoming over 5,000 exhibitors and more than 51,000 attendees for three days of insights, networking, and discussions sure to shape the future of travel.
