Group Chief Financial Officer

Davlatdzons Huskadamovs is a finance leader with 10 years’ experience in financial management, systems development and financial project delivery. At Ecommpay, he brings deep knowledge of card acquiring, Alternative Payment Methods and issuing, alongside expertise in safeguarding, international audits, business process management and cross-platform data migration. He is focused on building robust financial systems and high-performing teams that support sustainable growth.

Willem Wellinghoff

Chief Compliance Officer, UK Chair

Willem Wellinghoff is a financial services, financial crime and technology leader with more than 20 years’ professional experience. At Ecommpay, he provides strategic, pragmatic and commercially minded guidance across compliance, regulation and risk. His experience spans start-up, scale-up and high-growth financial services businesses, and in 2025 he joined the Advisory Board of The Payments Association, drawing on his expertise in financial crime prevention, technology and legal affairs.

Miranda McLean

Miranda McLean is an award-winning marketing leader with more than 20 years’ experience across financial services and FinTech. Since joining Ecommpay in 2024, she has led initiatives to strengthen the company’s position as an inclusive payments provider, including a new accessible website and resources to help merchants improve accessibility. She sits on the Executive Board of the European Women Payments Network, the Advisory Board of the FinTech Marketing Community and sits on two Working Groups - ESG and D&I - for The Payments Association.

Roy Blokker is a commercial payments leader with more than 15 years’ experience, including over a decade in the payments industry. At Ecommpay, he focuses on helping merchants optimise payment acceptance, localise their payment strategies and expand into new markets. Since joining the company in 2025, he has led the development of tailored solutions designed to improve payment performance and support merchant growth.
