The Swytch approach
Founded by engineers Oliver Montague and Dmitro Khroma, Swytch is a London-based startup with an industry-leading product and global recognition. The company is changing how people move by converting drivers into cyclists – by turning their normal pedal bikes into electric bikes at a fraction of the cost of a new e-bike.
As the business grew internationally, it experienced a growing number of failed payments across Europe, causing customer complaints to peak.
