Subject to status and underwriting. Only available to merchants operating in the United Kingdom or European Union. This promotion is not available to consumers, including micro-enterprise or small charities. Qualification Period ends 31 December 2024. Promotional Period runs between 1 January to 31 December 2025.

These terms and conditions apply to the promotion offered by Ecommpay Limited, which provides free payment processing during the Promotional Period. By participating, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

• Promotional Period: The promotion runs between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025 (inclusive).

• Qualification Period: Between 10 September 2024 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive).

• Ecommpay Fees: Ecommpay’s payment processing fees in connection with Ecommpay Services.

• Card and APM Fees: Any fees and charges associated with card or payment scheme operators, such as Mastercard, Visa or any alternative payment methods chosen by the customer through Ecommpay’s payment orchestration platform.

• Eligibility: This promotion is available only to the first three (3) new customers who meet the following criteria during the Qualification Period:
  • The customer must have submitted all applicable application forms and relevant documentation for the purposes of status, underwriting, and customer due diligence checks ("Onboarding Checks").
  • Before the end of the Promotional Period, the customer has met the Go Live criteria.
  • The customer must remain an active customer throughout the Promotional Period.
  • The customer must operate in the United Kingdom or European Union, within the Retail sector.

• Retail sector: This means customers which sell physical goods to consumers or businesses online via an accepted e-commerce website(s).

• Exclusions: The following customers are not eligible for this promotion:

  • Consumers, including micro-enterprises and small charities.
  • Existing customers already processing payments with Ecommpay.
  • Customers who have previously been evaluated by Ecommpay, failed Onboarding Checks, or had their services suspended, declined or terminated.
  • Customers currently undergoing Onboarding Checks prior to the Qualification Period.
  • Customers who are deemed non-active, suspended, or terminated during the Promotional Period.

• Go Live: The processing of 10,000 USD in cumulative value of transactions or equivalent in the accepted currency Ecommpay offers during the Promotional Period.

• Free Payment Processing: During the Promotional Period, Ecommpay Limited will charge and apply the Ecommpay Fees; and Card and APM Fees and will calculate the Ecommpay Fees at the end of the Promotional Period and issue a credit note or reimbursement for such fees to the customer.

• Marketing Consent: By participating in this promotion, you agree that Ecommpay can use your name, logo, and related trademarks ("Marks") in any publicity, announcements, or marketing materials (whether printed or electronic). Ecommpay may also use testimonials and conduct case studies involving your business. Any such marketing materials will require your prior approval, which you agree not to unreasonably withhold, delay, or deny.
