Knowledge of the main modules and business processes of bank operation with legal entities (KYC, cash management, deposits, loans, card operations, remote services, compliance, back-office operations).
To describe and decompose business processes;
To design business and functional requirements, as well as technical specification tasks;
To describe elements of the user interface;
To set tasks to developers;
To assist during implementation, consult QA specialists regarding the functionality;
To develop and confirm internal regulatory and technical documents;
To create and develop a methodological and technological base of credit, debit and settlement operations of the back-office.
