Ecommpay shortlisted in the Top 1% Workplace Awards

Ecommpay, the truly inclusive global payments platform designed to empower businesses and drive growth, has been shortlisted in the Harrington Starr Top 1% Workplace Awards 2024 in the Best DE&I Initiative category.

Ecommpay has made a clear commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion through every aspect of its operations. Key to this was its rebranding launched in September 2024. This included a significant commitment to the accessibility of its own website and payments platform, using colours, fonts and layouts that ensure accessibility for those with visual and hearing impairment and cognitive and physical disabilities.

The business also launched a dedicated inclusivity programme – Ecommpay for Good - which focuses on inclusivity and providing merchants with critical support to improve their own accessibility. Merchants have been empowered to improve their digital presence with free access to a Guide to Digital Accessibility, developed with the Digital Accessibility Centre, which outlines the actions needed to meet the WC3 WCAG 2.2 AA standard for accessibility. 

Ecommpay’s partnerships with Project Nemo and the European Women in Payments Network (EWPN) further underline its commitment to inclusivity.
